Our Story

In 2009 Justin DeSantis opened JD Rockers Gourmet Subs and Salads in Huntersville, NC. His goal was to provide customers with a single restaurant that could operate as two specialty restaurants in one.  His salad bar and chopped salad menu quickly became a hit with customers by providing another healthy alternative for lunch or dinner, while his premium cut sandwich’s offered other customers bold flavors that were not typically found at your local sandwich shop. While expanding his menu to include wraps, panini’s, and a great kids menu; JD’s dream of having two restaurants in one quickly became a reality and is what you will see today when visiting. So whether you’re in the mood to create your own chopped salad, or feel like trying out one of our 28 different gourmet sandwiches; we’re sure that you’ll be happy that you decided to leave the cooking to us
